We are super grateful for your support as we slowly get back on our feet as a small (smaller than small!) business.  Now for some excellent news ... We'll be moving into our own space at the start of March 2023. This means we'll be able to hold more trainings and also finally some public classes. We couldn't be happier. It's a boutique space, and will fit about 10-12 people, which we will absolutely love. We'll be teaching the following classes:  Strong Flow  Slow Flow  Rest and Restore  Chair Yoga  As well as the following Yoga Teacher Trainings: 200hr YTT  Rest and Restore YTT  Senior Chair YTT  Meditation and Mindfulness TT  We already have bookings and memberships up on our websiteHERE 4 days to go - $999 until 31st DECEMBER! This 200hr online training is self paced (you have 12 months) and includes live stream sessions with Ambika (at a time to suit both of you). These 6 x 60 minute live stream sessions are invaluable, as It means you get to practice teach, and receive mentoring from a senior teacher. Get on it Yogis - you only have 4 more days to go to take advantage of this fabulous offer!  CHECK OUT THE TRAINING HERE NEW YEAR SPECIAL  We finally set the dates for our Rest and Restore Yoga Teacher Training (the one which we postponed!). This training will run over 2 weekends (a weekend off in between) and will commence in April (after Easter of course).  THIS SPECIAL OFFER, until 9th January 2023, means that you can sign up for this training for only $500!
