Are you interested in Yoga Philosophy?

We will be hosting some discussions on Yoga and what it's all about. The stuff you may not hear when you go to your vinyasa flow class, but has EVERYTHING to do with yoga :)

​We will talk about yoga philosophy concepts like Ahimsa (non-violence), Santosha and what does contentment really mean?, Brahmacharya and what are we really 'abstaining' from?. We'll also have uncomfortable discussions on topics like cultural appropriation, gurus and .... goat yoga (can't wait for that one!).

We will provide a safe space to discuss, express ourselves, listen and learn with compassion and support. 

Tea will be provided. Entry by donation. Bookings are essential. See below schedule.
