Chair Yoga is designed for individuals who prefer a gentler approach to movement. It’s ideal for those who find standing or transitioning to and from the floor challenging. Most of the class is done seated, though some sessions may include optional chair-supported standing poses, with modifications available for those who wish to remain seated.
