Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training

Are you a yoga or movement teacher, health practitioner or body worker who wants to teach Meditation and Mindfulness? This training could be for you!

Our 30hr In Person/Online Meditation and Mindfulness training consists of one weekend of face to face learning and some online non-contact learning. 
​
Our Yoga Teacher Training School is registered with both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance (YACEP) and our trainer and school director, Ambika Chadwick, has been teaching yoga and meditation for more than 25 years! ​

There are some non-contact hours as well as the dates/times above, which will bring the total hours of this course to 30hrs. 
We are registered with both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance for Continuing Education Credits. 
​Upon completion of this training you will be a certified Meditation Teacher. 

Course Content 

Please note - This training has been developed for yoga teachers, movement teachers, health practitioners and anybody wanting to take their own meditation practice to a deeper level.

  • Meditation and Mindfulness techniques 
  • The benefits, and what happens physiologically when we're stressed, and when we meditate
  • The art of teaching Meditation 
  • How to create a 4 week course

- participants will be required to complete some non-contact hours which will be explained after the face to face weekend.

Early Bird Course Payment (until 31st October) - $400
Full Course Payment (after 31st October) - $500
  • Manuals are provided as well as access to the online school (after the face to face weekend). 
  • Props are provided on the weekends, but feel free to bring your own. 
  • Only 10 spots are available in our trainings, so book now to avoid disappointment. 
  • Please bring your own lunch. We have a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and kettle etc.
