One and one Yoga classes, All levels welcome :) 

The style of yoga can vary depending on what you need, whether it's strengthening and toning, meditation, or mobilising and increasing flexibility. You might want to learn how to breath properly, or need some relaxation, or you might want to increase your energy levels.

• DAY AND EVENING TIMES AVAILABLE MONDAY - FRIDAY.

 
Private yoga can assist people who may:

• have an injury or illness.    
• be pregnant.
• want to work specifically on an area.
• be an advanced student wanting to progress. 
• be nervous to attend a large group yoga class. 
• have a busy lifestyle so cannot commit to a studio or class time.
• want to learn how to meditate. 

By Appointment only. No walk ins. 
Skype session available for interstate students. 
Casual session $80 
10 pack $720 (valid for 12 months)
