The Details
We have just finished a course and will be presenting another one soon. Watch this space ;) Attendance to both days via zoom is required. You will be sent the Zoom details a few days before the course commences. The non-contact hours consist of preparing and practicing classes and a written assignment. We are registered with both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance for Continuing Education Credits. Upon completion of this training you will be a qualified Senior Chair Yoga Teacher. |

- Common issues associated with ageing
- Techniques on the chair - including warm ups, mobilising, strengthening, stretching and relaxation
- Guidelines for teachers
- Business and marketing
- Lots of practice teaching :)
- in order to be certified, each student must complete a written assignment which consists of preparing a class and a short 500 word essay.
