WEA Become a Yoga Teacher
Adelaide Yogis! Do you want to become a yoga teacher?
Our Yoga Teacher Training found a new home in 2025, at the Workers' Education Association of South Australia (or WEA) and we are so pleased to announce we'll be back there again in 2026!
As they are a not-for-profit, this course is ONLY $899 (usually between $3000 - $7000).
We offer superior training, at an affordable price AND our trainings are registered
with both Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia.
The course will run from February to July over 8 full weekend blocks (see dates on website) and you'll be part of a community of like-minded yogis and build friendships to last you a lifetime.
On completion of our 200hr YTT, you will have the confidence to teach yoga, and receive an internationally recognised certification.

I deliberated for some time whether to complete my YTT at home in Australia or in India, due to various circumstances I opted for the six month part-time at home option. I really enjoyed the slower approach, it gave time for reflection and further reading to really understand new concepts meaning I feel like I have absorbed and retained more than I would have in a shorter intensive training. The teachers were excellent, it was by no means 'easy' but it was thorough and I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend The Yoga Social Teacher Training program. (Jacqui, Adelaide)
