About Jackie

Jackie has been working in the health and wellness industry since 1993 in her roles as a medical scientist, fitness instructor and Yoga teacher. The birth of her twin daughters in 2007 ignited a sea-change that saw Jackie quit her career in medical research to pursue the practices of Yoga full-time. For years she has creatively integrated Yoga’s ancient mind and body wisdom to help her students lead a conscious, compassionate, active and peaceful life. Jackie is forever grateful for the many teachers who continue to inspire and support her along the path; Sharon Gannon, David Life, Yogeswari and countless others. She is dedicated to making the teachings of yoga relevant and interesting to our daily life. May our Yoga practice together be joyful and purposeful.
