Are you a yoga teacher who wants to take your teaching and your personal practice to a deeper level? 

This training could be for you! Our 300hr Online Post Graduate Yoga Teacher Training consists of 6 modules/subjects, taken over a 12 month period. You have 2 months to complete 1 subject, and each one will finish with a live stream session with Ambika (and an assignment).
​This is a full 300hr training, so it's perfect for those of you who want to upgrade to 500hrs!
Our 350+ training is registered with Yoga Australia, and our 500hrs is registered with Yoga Alliance.  ​

Course Content 

Please note - the pre-requisite for this training is at least a 200hr Yoga Teaching qualification​

  • ​Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training L1 and L2 - Includes various techniques, physiology and benefits and how to create a 4 week course.
  • The History and Philosophy of Yoga  - Includes pre classical, classical and post classical history, The Evolution Of Modern Yoga and more!
  • Teaching Seniors - Includes benefits, postures and how to teach a senior class.  ​
  • Restorative Yoga Teacher Training - Includes Yoga Nidra, postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. 
  • Complex Sequencing - Includes one on one yoga, corporate yoga and yoga for sports teams. 
  • The Energetic Body - Includes the history and study of chakras, nadis, advanced pranayama and more!​


- The live stream sessions will take approximately 60-90 minutes.
​- Assignments will need to be completed for each subject. ​​
​- The modules/subjects are in order and completion of each, including the assignments, will be required in order to move on to the next.
- The livestream sessions and mentorship are a requirement for registration with Yoga Alliance or Yoga Australia. If you choose not to register with any of these, you can enrol without the livestream sessions for $3000 . You will still need to complete the assignments.
