About Kimberley
Kimberley has a background in performing arts and fitness and currently practices in Adelaide as a Chiropractor. She discovered the benefits of restorative yoga while caring for her father. Her restorative class gave her the time she needed to refocus, reconnect and re-energise. Wanting to share this with her patients she set out to study with Ambika at TYS, first completing her 200hr training and then further restorative training.
Kimberley is excited to join the TYS team where she can share her passion and knowledge of the human body, helping teachers gain confidence and the ability to guide their students through safe and beneficial practice.
