Join the director of The Yoga Social for private sessions.

These one on one sessions can assist people who may:
  • have an injury or illness.    
  • be pregnant.
  • want to work specifically on an area.
  • be an advanced student wanting to progress. 
  • be nervous to attend a large group yoga class. 
  • have a busy lifestyle and cannot commit to a studio or class time.
  • want to learn how to meditate. 

​The style can vary depending on what you need, whether it's strengthening, mobilising and increasing flexibility., or relaxing and breathing.

Casual session between $100-$150 (depending on time and frequency)​
