The Details
We have just finished a course and will be presenting another one soon. Watch this space ;) Address Garden Of Yoga 10 Separation St Northcote VIC 3070 The non-contact hours consist of preparing and practicing classes and a written assignment. We are registered with both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance for Continuing Education Credits. Upon completion of this training you will be a qualified Senior Chair Yoga Teacher. |

Course Content
Please note - for certification to teach, the pre-requisite for this training is at least a
200hr Yoga Teaching qualification. However, you can still attend this training if you are not a
yoga teacher, and would like to explore Senior Chair Yoga and take your practice to a deeper level :)

- Techniques on the chair - including warm ups, mobilising, strengthening, stretching and relaxation
- Guidelines for teachers

- Lots of practice teaching :)
- in order to be certified, each student must complete a written assignment which consists of preparing a class and a short 500 word essay.

This fabulous space is nestled behind a home (yep, in the garden!) in Northcote, Victoria.
There are no kitchen facilities at this studio, but lots of great (and affordable) places to eat nearby. Alternatively, you could bring a packed lunch.
Garden Of Yoga is close to the Merinda train line, 86 tram and there's lots of untimed parking over the road in the Northcote plaza car park.
