Are you a yoga or movement teacher, health practitioner or body worker who wants to teach Meditation and Mindfulness? This training could be for you!
Our 50hr In Person/Online Meditation and Mindfulness training consists of face to face learning and some online non-contact learning.
Our Yoga Teacher Training School is registered with both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance (YACEP) and our trainer and school director, Ambika Chadwick, has been teaching yoga and meditation for more than 25 years!

The Details
We recently completed this training, so are yet to schedule more dates. Watch this space! Address The Yoga Social 91B Walkerville Terrace (walk down the side lane and our entrance is around the back) Walkerville 5081 There is an online component as well as the dates/times above, which will bring the total hours of this course to 50hrs. We are registered with both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance for Continuing Education Credits. Upon completion of this training you will be a qualified Meditation Teacher. |

Course Content
Please note - This training has been developed for yoga teachers, movement teachers, health practitioners and anybody wanting to take their own meditation practice to a deeper level.
- What is Meditation and where is it from?
- Meditation and Mindfulness techniques
- The benefits, and what happens physiologically when we're stressed, and when we meditate
- The art of teaching Meditation
- How to create a 4 week course
- in the two weeks between weekends, participants will be required to complete an online component which will be released after the first weekend.
