Your daily schedule will look something like this (and of course, all activities are optional)
6.30am - Wake up 7.00am - Yoga class (breathing exercises and flow class) 8.30am - Yummy breakfast 10.00am - Group walk 1.00pm - Delicious vegan/vegetarian lunch afternoon - free time 4.00pm - Yoga class (restorative or Yin) 6.00pm - Scrumptious vegan/vegetarian dinner 7.30pm - Discussion on yoga/wellbeing/nutrition 8.30pm - Meditation 9.00pm - Optional film or bed
