View this email in your browser So what's The Yoga Social up to?   Firstly, I do hope I haven't bombarded you with emails these past few weeks, I just wanted you all to know about my live stream classes. Emails will now be sent on Mondays only, and I do hope you'll schedule your spot in a class, without getting the reminder emails throughout the week. I've chosen the Wednesday evening Rest and Restore, and the Friday morning Flow and Restore to be on the permanent timetable (and I'm loving it, btw). See details on our website HERE regarding how to book etc.  What a strange few years (well, almost) it's been for all of us. I've been busy creating online courses to keep The Yoga Social's teacher training school alive. Which has worked, phew!  The Yoga Social will also be running an 'in person' yoga teacher training next year in Adelaide and we're super stoked about it!. It'll be held at a gorgeous studio just outside of the CBD called Eclipse Yoga, and we couldn't be happier with the bookings so far. Please let us know if you're in Adelaide, and you have any questions about part time training.  We do hope to get to Melbourne again soon to run some more courses. We miss you terribly Melbourne!
