Firstly, thanks :) 

Thanks to all of you for such a fab 2022. We are super grateful for your support as we slowly get back on our feet as a small (smaller than small!) business. 

Now for some excellent news ...

We'll be moving into our own space at the start of March 2023. This means we'll be able to hold more trainings and also finally some public classes. We couldn't be happier. It's a boutique space, and will fit about 10-12 people, which we will absolutely love. We'll be teaching the following classes: 

• Strong Flow 
• Slow Flow 
• Rest and Restore 
• Chair Yoga 

• 200hr YTT 
• Rest and Restore YTT 
• Senior Chair YTT 
• Meditation and Mindfulness TT 

A brief update :)

Hi Yogis, 

We'll be stopping the zoom classes from now until next year. Thanks so much to those of you who came to these classes, I didn't really know whether anybody would, so your efforts and support are so appreciated! 

Our Adelaide Yoga Teacher Training will be commencing in February and spots are filling! If you are already a teacher, we have some super exciting online trainings that will be available to you next year. We'll let you know closer to the release date, but we can tell you that our online Restorative Yoga Teacher Training will be completed and ready for enrolments within the next 4 weeks! (and more to come shortly after that!)
